Hotel is so nice and clean...decorated beautifully but the biggest plus is the staff. I apologize for not recalling her name, I will update if I do, but anyways she works the night shift whenever I check in after work between 6p-8p. She is such a good spirited, pleasant individual. So nice to end a long day being greeted with such a nice smile and so willing to accomodate her guests. Customer Service is so underestimated IMO, should be top of list gor a successful business, best marketing next to clean, comfy rooms and beds!
Excellent location, easy parking, friendly staff, and beautifully updated room. Stayed here during pandemic and was confident in the cleanliness and practices of this property! Plus, there’s nothing more comfortable than Sheraton beds and pillows.
Very nice and clean hotel. The only thing I'd complain about is the fact that a cleaning lady walked in to our room at 8 am check out day while me and my partner were sleeping completely naked. Mind you check out time was noon. Again I love the place but there should be no reason for that to happen even if it's a one night stay.
This is a review for the cafe inside. Breakfast is very hotel breakfast. You can get okay wraps.nnBig plus is that you can get Starbucks-ish drinks with zero traffic or wait in the morning. It’s not a Starbucks, so your app won’t work. They do serve Starbucks coffee though. Photos of the cafe menu attached.
The lobby is gorgeous with a glowing fireplace and open bar area with modern artwork and a variety of seating options including couches
