Great service and great products they don't just try to sell u something expensive they sell u what u need

Do not buy a pellet stove from here. Junior the owner is the worst at customer service. As a customer, you will be very disappointed in every aspect from purchase to service.

Called and he was were very rude. I had been told to talk with Junior and when I called back I was greeted with"who are you?" When asking questions every answer came back in a rude tone. I doubt I will even visit the store and rather travel longer for a more friendly service.

My son and I only needed 2 bags of pellets and didn't have time to go to a big superstore, this was the nicest and easiest transaction ever. The employees were amazing and actually loaded my car. Definitely a returning customer! 5 stars

Didn't have any repair or replacement parts for my pellet stove.
