What an amazing shop! I ordered one of my very favorite shirts, and it came quickly with a lovely handwritten note from Kate. My only regret is that I’m not closer to Wisconsin, otherwise, this would be a weekly event for me. Thank you Jen and Kate, for doing business the way it should be done! Twigs..open a shop in Tucson! We are in desperate need of high-end clothing and with customer service like this, I don’t see how you can go wrong!

When Twigs first opened on Monroe Street, I shopped at the boutique because of the beautiful and unique items offered. Last year I had a bad experience at the Twigs Hilldale Shopping Center store I believe was discriminatory. It only takes a couple of people to create a bad image for a business. One of the owners did call me and was kind as he tried to find a solution. When I was ready I did give the store a second chance and have had positive shopping experiences again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is my go-to place for clothing for work. It would be great if they carried more work-appropriate clothing, such as Theory. Most places in Madison don't, so I have to hit Saks in Chicago fairly often.

If you need 'cool' girl jeans, Twigs is the place! They stock Rag & Bone, AG, Paige, Citizens of Humanity, MIH, and more. They even have great looking distressed jeans, which are in right now. After trying on several pairs, Harriet helped my daughter and I choose the perfect pair. They fit great! So fun shopping at Twigs!

The staff was super welcoming and helpful! The store is absolutely beautiful and well laid out. I really enjoyed the lighting/music combination which made for a relaxing and fun experience! The only downside is that it's a little far away for UW students to get to. I wish there was one on campus!
