I cannot applaud them enough for the courtesy and professionalism they showed me when designing my wedding band. I asked for my wedding band under short notice- my wedding event plans were moved due to COVID-19 but I decided to move forward with getting married within a few weeks. Long story short they were able to get me my dream ring even under such duress. They really helped bring to reality the image of the ring in my mind and their final craftsmanship is beautiful. I am very happy and highly recommend them.

My (now) fiancé and I went to William Thomas together for a consult back in March. Bill was so kind, thoughtful, and gave great advice on how to make our ring perfect. After I was out of the process, my fiancé said that working with Bill and Mike was an absolute pleasure. They made his job so easy, and we absolutely love the ring. We honestly couldn't have envisioned a more perfect engagement ring. Thank you so much, Bill and Mike!

I Love This Place!!! Bill and his staff are amazing and do amazing things. They saved the day with my engagement ring when a prong broke off. No one wants to give up that ring for any length of time they had it fixed and cleaned up in less than a week.nnStopped in yesterday for their open house. Always a pleasure. Enjoyed some snacks, treats and a small glass of wine. Thank you to Bill, his wife Mary and Assistant Jennifer. I enjoyed my visit with you. See you soon.

THE only place to go for jewelry. I had a horrible experience elsewhere with my engagement ring. As soon as my daughter and I walked into William Thomas, we were so impressed with how warm and welcomed Jennifer made us feel. When we left, my 11 year old daughter said how very nice Jennifer was and she liked this place so much more than the other jeweler we went to. Bill has been wonderful and is for sure a man of his word! He is very caring, treats you with respect and is very attentive. I am in love with my engagement ring and cannot THANK YOU enough!!

The jewelry here is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. In addition to custom work, they have a good selection of pieces you can purchase in the store.
