Carpet One Floor & Home

We had some carpet installed a couple of weeks ago. Carpet One was prompt with their appointments and provided the quote within a short period of time. Sankey did a good job of fulfilling our criteria. The installation was on time as scheduled and was done when I needed it to fit my work schedule. Davin was working solo the morning of the installation and did an excellent job. Davin was courteous and professional. I'll be returning to Carpet One for future projects.

My family and I recently bought a home that needed new carpet. I had a piece of the existing carpet upstairs that I wanted to match downstairs. Ali came out, measured the area and was able to match the existing carpet perfectly. Davin was our installer and he did an impeccable job. They started early and stayed late and everything looks perfect! I definitely recommend Carpet One to anyone looking to do any home renovation. Weather its carpet, tile, hardwood or a new closet this is definitely the place to go!

We recently rebuilt after a house fire and carpet one did a significant amount of the work for us. Since our experience with their different departments was vastly different I am going to leave two reviews. This one is for the flooring. I knew what I wanted but the brand I had found in the color/style I wanted wasn’t rated to do what I wanted it to do. Charlotte pointed me in a better direction. The floor turned out fabulous! The installation was flawless and fast. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for any Coretec flooring installation. My new floors are amazing.

Carpet one, in addition to our flooring (which they did an excellent job with) did the tile in both of our bathrooms. This experience was terrible. First, the sales person flat out questioned all grout preferences I had. Her choices were terrible, and thankfully with the one we called shortly after the consultation and changed to the color we actually wanted. The subway tile in the hall bathroom turned out ok. The master bathroom was (and still is) a mess. We liked a large tile, and we were sold on it when we were told they would use "pencil thin grout lines you'd barely see." once again she argued with my initial grout choice. The first round with the tiles, they were not level, some were pressed further into the wall than others, so they were all over the place and looked like part of the wall bubbled out. Our contractor agreed it needed to be redone. I will absolutely give credit here, they agreed to redo it without complaint. But when it went in again, still with the large grout lines we questioned the tile contractor. He said that we never should have been told this tile could have such thin grout lines, it wasn't rated for that. He said we should have researched better. If I knew anything about tile, why on earth would I feel like I should consult a professional that should be able to tell me real, truthful things in the first place? The shower looks nothing like we were sold on it being. The shower had already delayed us from being able to go home after a long ordeal with rebuilding after a house fire, so we just settled with it as it is just to get it done. Flooring, absolutely. Tile? Never again.

They did amazing work at my company's business. Such unique styles and designs throughout the entire building. Charlotte was a delight to work with, as I am sure the rest of the faculty are too. I would ONLY recommend them!
