We recently moved to the greater Madison area. I approached Steve with ideas I had for our Home Theater / Audiophile (Pure music listening) within our Great Room. It’s a challenging room .... high ceilings, open balcony, a wall of glass, open on two sides, wood floors, multiple angles. Steve and Chad developed a plan, and reviewed it with us. I am incredibly particular with HT and music quality. I had high expectations and these guys delivered. They incorporated my existing equipment and expanded with new technology and components. The results are breathtaking and exceeded my expectations. It took a while but Chad stayed with it until the results were stellar. Plus the majority of the equipment is either out of sight or integrated extremely well. I could not be happier. These guys have their act together and know how to get results with high end equipment in difficult rooms.
A great crew that is excited to help. I have felt appreciated by the team when I come in with questions. Seems as if this crew can work with the most tech and sound savvy or even newbies like myself.nnTruly appreciative of University Audio, their knowledge and service.
