So we ordered 3 Pick 2’s and 2 drinks for curbside pickup. So to start we noticed immediately that they didn’t bring me one of the drinks. So the employee goes to get it. Then I go to get my soup and there is no utensils. So the man has to go in again to grab that. Then I see there’s no butter and he goes in once again. Then I go to grab the bread that comes with the meal and guess what NO bread. So now I go in. The cashier was very nice and apologetic offers me extra bread or cookies. So ok, I leave. I get home and go to Eat my salad and there’s no dressing! Like seriously. That’s a bit much now. The manager is standing there at the pick up window so you would think he was making sure everything is there. And if he’s not then why was he standing there? And it’s not like they were busy because they weren’t at all. I’m so very very disappointed!

Good service, busy but quick serve times, quality food, good location as well. Edited to add: we went through the drive-thru area today and LaMarcus was absurd phenomenal, very friendly and kind

My daughter and I came at 10:00 am. This restaurant was filthy. A lot of the seating was closed due to covid but the tables that were available were filthy, The display table with baskets of baked items was disgusting. A vaccum cleaner sat out near the drinks, the floor near the drinks was sticky and gross. When I went to get the food, an employee was complaining to another employee about something and instead of pausing the conversation, it just continued. I would have expected, given the fewer number of people eating in the restaurant, it to be spotless. The food was okay, not what we expected. Disappointed.

Great customer service. Long story short. I was very frustrated because a lot of places were opening later because of COVID but I needed to buy treats for my kids. Although Panera was still officially closed, they saw my frustration and served me outside of business hours.
