Edit: This place no longer cares about their long term customers. I don't reccomend them.nnI love this local restaurant. It's one of the best places in Madison. There's lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. I have always had great experiences here. The staff is awesome too.

I went here today for my Birthday and just the atmosphere was so welcoming. The fact that there were so many Vegan options was fantastic, I was able to enjoy my food, (Vegan French Toast) which actually tasted good. My family raved about their food too, meatloaf, ultimate mac, shake, and cheeseburger. Mia was very nice, and Eric H, our waiter, was awesome so sweet and patient. Harry ensured that my food was correct no matter how many tries, he made sure that I had my Vegan burger and I am forever grateful. Overall I enjoyed myself and I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Madison.

Loved it! I have one vegetarian kid and one vegan kid, and there were so many options on the menu for them. They were happy with their choices, and we plan on going back for vegan shakes! Building is cute and clean. Plenty of outdoor seating, as well. We wish there was a Monty's by us!

Always have a great meal here! Enjoyed this place preCOVID and loved it today. They were COVID compliant and very nice. The menu is online. The servers are really nice. The food came quickly. And it was extremely tasty! Thank you Monty's for staying open in these difficult and unique times.

Absolutely loved this diner. Had an extensive menu of vegan options, for breakfast, lunch and dessert. We ordered the sheldon (which had an amazing thousand island), the caesar salad, and the big vegan breakfast. They were all great. Would definitely come back!
