Great social distancing.
Can’t even place an order. Website says they are open. App doesn’t work. No one pick up phone. No message saying they are closed or anything. Date is 11/3/20 10am
Food is pretty good, but the preparation by the staff is quite inconsistent. I just had the bread missing from the soup order, also my sandwich came in a wrapper that feels cold to the touch on one side. I'm fine with microwaved sandwiches, but at least make it right.
While waiting for my food by the prep area, three people on two different occasions came up to talk to staff and none of the customers were wearing a mask. Staff didn't mention anything to them. Two of the same folks also used the soda fountain sans mask and one of them coughed into his hand while there. Very concerned about ordering from there in the future. If they ignore the mask mandate, what other sanitization protocols are they eschewing for convenience? I'll pass on ordering here again.
They never pick up their phone it’s so annoying.
