Oh what a lovely place to have brunch! I had the Chicken and a Biscuit and it was just wonderful.
Sadly disappointed by the vegan breakfast platter. The tofu was flavorless, vegan patty was so dry, and I did not receive any eating utensils (to go order) nor condiments. Hot sauce and ketchup would have done this meal wonders. It came with butter, but I was not certain that it was plant-based.nnHighlight: the jam was so good! Coffee was pretty good too! So I didn't use it. Since I did not have utensils, I had to dip the bread in the jam.
Delicious brunch options served in a nicely spaced outdoor area. The food was prompt and came in very large portions. Fair price.
They gave us a wait time of 30 to 45 minutes, and seated us in that range of time. First off, this place has a big bar, and some good alcoholic drinks. My party had a Wake Up Beer (a nice stout) and my friend had a BC Bloody (Bloody Mary) which were both very good. They were out of ginger beer, so I had to settle for lemonade, since I was driving. We got an order of cheese curds, which came with sour cream. It was not a big basket - but it was enough.
One of my favorite brunch places! I love their sweeter things breakfast food menu.
