I come here way too frequently because it is convenient for me. The staff is friendly and welcoming. When I first started coming here it seemed like they were really short staffed but they never let that stop them from giving high quality service. It seems like they slowly got staffed up and now they are even better. Like I said I come here frequently enough that they know my name and obviously I would not do that if I didn't think it was worth my money. There are plenty of other places to grab a quick breakfast while I wait for the Law Library to open.
The coffee drinks are good, but the bagels are overpriced and a bit dry. They could be better.

when I went in, it was pretty busy. still not a justification for how rude the staff was. I asked for a minute to decide on my order and the girl at the counter literally rolled her eyes at me
