Prime Storage

You'll see lots of good reviews for this place, and I'd bet most of them are from folks who just moved in. The facility isn't bad. I'd say I had what I needed from the facility itself and the staff. They're nice people.nButnThe longer you deal with Prime Storage the greater chance you're going to have a bad experience with them. Read these reviews and consider that these things you hear about may happen to you.nMy experiencenThings were pretty decent until they didn't get a payment from me. I had automatic payments coming out to pay my bill each month. Well, one time it must've been delayed in the mail because when they called to tell me they didn't receive payment for that month, I was able to show that it was sent out from my bank as usual. No big deal, things get delayed sometimes. They got a payment over the phone plus a $35 late fee. Again, no big deal. Well, I'm wondering what they'll do when they do get the check that was sent out from my bank.nThey don't call to tell me they received it.nThey don't tell me that they'll apply it to my next month's bill.nTHEY CASHED THE CHECK AND DIDN'T CREDIT MY ACCOUNTnThey sent me a regular bill for the next month.nI had to call back to fight it.nThe owner or accountant apparently planned to just take my money and keep it unless I figured out what they did.nThere's nothing professional about that.nnAlso, I get that many companies experienced hardship during the Covid19 lockdowns, but increasing my rates by ten percent?nnLong story short, if you need something that you know will be short-term, like there's no way it'll be more than two or three months and you can't find anything else, I guess it would be okay.nnThere's no way I'd recommend them to a friend under any circumstances.nnAnd if you do rent with them, the 15 day notice is real, so make absolutely sure you time it so you don't end up paying for an extra month that you used one day out of. Guaranteed they're getting double paid re-renting your space.

this place is disorganized and unprofessional. find somewhere else to store your things. I vacated and was still charged for an extra month of storage.

Very happy to have a cleaned out garage again, thank you to the manager that walked me through step for step and made sure I had the lowest price for what worked for me.

The storage unit was very affordable. Ashley resolved my issues immediately and overall I would come back because of her great customer service!

Ghetto, walls so thin you can break them. Wasn’t informed that I needed to give a 15 day notice at all and I even asked the question in the beginning and was told no just let us know right away so we don’t bill you. I came weeks early and they could have reimbursed me. I was at the 15 day mark so one more day and I would have owed them for a whole new month. Flooding in the parking lot and a ton of holes in the pavement. Need a whole new pavement/driveway
