Jeff is a very easy person to work with. The units are clean, easy to access, and when I did have a problem he responded immediately. Highly recommend.
Fair pricing, low risk commitment, convenient location
I can't recommend this business highly enough. Pick up the phone, and give Jeff a call before you look anywhere else.nnI needed about two months of storage for my personal belongings while I was between apartments. The units were clean and dry, the area was well-lit at night, and secure gated access to the entire area made me feel more comfortable while unloading, storing, and loading back up my entire apartment. Payment was online and easy.nnHowever, I was most impressed with Jeff. He communicates well and very obviously cares about his customers and the facility. He was also easy to get in contact with and was accommodating of my uncertain storage needs. Most importantly, I just felt good about doing business with him for the entire duration of my rental, and I can't say that about many other experiences. Simply excellent.nnIf there is any storage place in town that deserves your business, this is it.
This was our first time renting a storage unit so we don't have good comparatives. However, this was such a great experience. Using the online tool was fast and easy and the emailed reminders were timely. Jeff, the manager, goes above and beyond and walked me through everything I needed to know. The units were very clean and very secure. Most importantly we could choose our own code for the gate which made it so easy for multiple people in our family to get to and leave from the storage locker with ease. I would absolutely recommend Freeport Road Self Storage to anyone.
Jeff the owner is GREAT.He keeps the place and very personable.
