Haven't been able to get any warranty information from this seller for over 7 months so far. Hoping that this review helps me get in touch with someone.
FedEx dumped my stuff off along street because it was too heavy and I had no way to help them unload it from truck. Futon chair was delivered with broken hinges. Hinges replaced. Full size futon had the seat and back 1 1/2 inches too short. Tried to contact technical assistance several times. No luck. Took side and back rails apart and used saw to cut both rails 1 1/2 inches shorter.
To unload freight, enter the lot from the east entry off of Perry St.
