I am very impressed with BR Diamond Suite. Wendy and Sarah helped me with appraising a ring, and they were incredibly professional and informative. I have not gone to many jewelry stores, so I had a few questions naturally. These were all answered wonderfully. Additionally, the place looks incredible! I tried showing pictures to a friend afterwards, but couldn't see any here on Google. So, when I came back to pick up my ring I made sure to take some to share.
We love love love BR Diamonds. Professional and helpful staff and most private attention. Bought our wedding rings there and just picked up perfect pearl earrings.
So far, I am so pleased with my experience designing our engagement ring with BR. The prices are very competitive, and actually, for cheaper than pre-made rings we found at other jewelery stores that were close to what I wanted, we got to design EXACTLY what I wanted from scratch!! Jo has been so nice and helped make my ideas into a reality and had such good suggestions to really make the ring MINE. Such a fun, positive experience -- I can't wait to pick up my ring!
Jo and her team are the best. They have helped us with all of our jewelery needs for more than 15 years and we couldn't recommended them highly enough!
