I just had my first haircut here at the Orchard Pointe Fitchburg location. The staff were amazing, friendly and professional. They were on time with the estimate they gave me, as well. My stylist, Jordan, was awesome. This was my first time, and I will definitely be back. He definitely has a an amazing ubderstanding for men's haircuts. Probably the best cut and style I've had. I will definitely be back!
I waited much longer than the original time they gave me and my two year old got antsy waiting. He did not want his haircut but they did everything to try to make him comfortable! Every single one of the hairstylists were giving him words of encouragement, one even turned on her son’s playlist for him. He moved a lot and somehow his haircut looks sooo good! I will definitely be going back, but will probably not go right at the recommended time.
I am excited to announce that I am back full time with sport clips. After quarantine I had the opportunity to get back to work full time at our East Washington sports clips location. At this time this is my primary store, however, I am still helping out in our other stores as well, and my days in each store will fluctuate for a little while yet. Please search for me on our online check in, starting with East Washington, as this is my main store, I will also be in middleton and fitchburg. Please update your house on the check in site and in google. I came in a few minutes before 7 thinking it was open until 8. The stylist was still willing to provide me a good haircut and great service!
Vivian was in a rush to finish the job. She did something different to what I asked. Very unpolitely, Vivian left the conversation during the time I was explaining how disatisfied I was with the haircut. Please, if the hairstylist don't have time or had a bad day he/she should go home... I will not come back or indicate this sport clips location.
