I had come into the store to transfer from Verizon to my Mother-In-Laws Sprint plan. Since the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint is currently going on, there were a few bumps along the way with getting new lines activated on her account. I worked with Evan G. and a few others and the service they provided was above and beyond expectations. When the store didn't have Sprint SIM cards, he called around to other stores in the region and an employee (I believe named Tyler, but could be mistaken) went immediately to go pick them up as they were needed for the activation. After spending quite a few hours on this, we ended up getting everything settled. The customer service provided by the employees was what kept me from bailing out of the switch, since it was a pain.

Store staff are nice to deal with and were able to help me purchase a refurbished IPhone X for a good price. I don’t believe they would knowing sell a product that is going to fail soon after the short 90 warranty will expire, but after about 110 day after purchase, the camera and Face recognition features stopped working. Be very wary of purchasing a refurbished phone. Also, if you plan on buying the phone out right do it at time of purchasing, do not let them talk you into starting the lease to get the 30 day money back guarantee. Sprint makes it nearly impossible to get out of the lease once you start it.

Super helpful! Super knowledgeable! Thank you Tim, Ron, Mason for such awesome service. Not only were they excellent when we bought our phones but troubleshooted and resolved an issue for us later on. Highly recommend them!!!!
