I’ve always had a quality experience at this location. Scott T was the Verizon rep we worked with on our last visit. He was new to the job, but was very personable and knowledgeable. If we asked him a question he was unsure of, he went out of his way to find the answer and make it a smooth transition between plans/phones.

Elliot was just amazing. I called in two days ago needing a new phone and tablet. I'm older and at risk for Covid. He ordered the phone and tablet. Set them up while wearing a mask and sanitizing while setting up the phone and tablet. It's all set up and he even gave me his assurances that if I ever needed help learning the new toys, he would help. Simply the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store

My son needed his phone upgraded and with the pandemic we were concerned about too much contact. The sales associate, John, was excellent, and assisted us greatly in a curbside transaction. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very fast. This associate gets an A+!
