I don’t know what people are talking about I went in there and had no problem understanding what was being sold to me. They broke down all promotions and explained them very clearly to me. Veleria, Maria & Stephanie have been a pleasure working with every time I’ve gone in. Best experience I’ve had with T-Mobile the other location Sprint now turned T-Mobile was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Walked in and wasn’t greeted or talked to by any employee. I recommend this location to everyone!
Amazing customer service from the manager and his team!! Explained all my options and promotions and i was able to get a free tablet for my kid!! Thank you!
I was there for about an hour or so and had the best experience. Ruben and Maria took the time to explain the plans and helped me pick the best one for me and my family. They also helped me and my family transfer all our info to our new phones. I will definitely be going back!
