So I just called for some help on my job application and a staff just picked up and just hanged up on me. He didn't give a chance to tell if there was a hiring manger or a manager that would be able to come tomorrow to take a look at my application. Just rude and no good service, why hire these people when they are low effort and awful with customer service.
Terrible customer service from associate and manager. Both yelled at me in front of other customers for not wearing a mask even though I have a health condition. They publicly violated my HIPAA. One of the other customers even complained to me as to why they wouldn't just ask first why I wasn't wearing one. Please and sorry go a long way. My employees, family and friends are never coming back here
Great convenience store, friendly staff. However the hours listed on google are incorrect, this is NOT a 24 hour establishment.

The employees were very friendly! I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious and affordable some of the items I decided to purchase were! You don't always tend to get things that taste awesome, are affordable, and store brand to work together!nnAnd only docking is the one star because I didn't know even after having registered my 7-Eleven card that to redeem your points for the advertised items, you have to go back online and select what you want to redeem it for once you have earned the points. It was probably in the fine print somewhere, but if it was something that was easily able to be overlooked while registering the card online, then I don't think they tried hard enough to make sure people were aware.
