Well maintained, friendly people and clean.
I have never been more disappointed in a business, especially a family owned one! They did not have the papers prepped when we agreed to pick them up initially and then tried to charge us for days we couldn't access the unit because of their mistake. We kept being pushed back and forth between the parents (Nancy and her husband) and Chris (their son). Nancy was extremely rude on the phone and stated she was no longer going to rent to us the minute we were handing in our paperwork AND payments and it was no big deal because they had people lined up waiting to rent. They may have one of the least expensive units in the area but it's not worth the hassle! Renters beware!
