Absolutely wonderful experience. Honestly, I’ve never had a more positive experience at a storage unit! I had issues with my automatic payment multiple times. They ALWAYS worked with me and never closed my unit. Whenever I had issues (losing my key), they would figure out a way to help me. When I had to empty the unit due to moving out, they refunded me part of my months rent since it was during the first week of the month. Such wonderfully kind people!!! And I always felt like the place was clean and my things were safe. I drove 35 minutes from my home to store my stuff and it was completely worth it with the customer service I experienced. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Clean and secure storage. Convenient location off the interstate. Very fair to deal with. Have been there a long time - 10 years. Always available and prompt to reply with any concerns.

Deforest Self Storage is a Great place to store all kinds of stuff. One of the cleanest places I've ever been to. Everything is brand new and I love the fact that I don't have worry about my stuff there. I know its safe and with the video surveillance system in place I have peace of mind. 5 Stars Deforest Self Storage!!!!
