I was a bit nervous coming into ASAP MVD in Farmington, NM because of an earlier not so favorable review, to my surprise my visit was completely rewarding. I was given a warm reception and the staff went out of their way to assist me. I came in with all the completed paper work and in about 15 to 20 minutes, ASAP MVD fulfilled my needed service. The staff were completely respectful and I would highly recommend this office for New Mexico MVD service. You'll definitely receive the utmost respect and quality service. Anyone saying otherwise is false and incorrect.

So, I innocently walked into this business to get my registration—and the place was packed with ALL customers wearing their face masks and patiently taking turns to get help from Carol and the other representative; neither were wearing masks. After sitting there for 20 minutes, listening to Carol’s diatribe about Democrats and how they don’t believe in God or the American flag, I finally got called over to her for assistance....She wasn’t able to process my registration but was otherwise rude and ended up asking me what my problem was (Although I was annoyed by her mini Trump rally, I also was resolved to just let it go and not say anything). Because of her rude attitude, I ended up telling her what I thought: That I was just there to get this registration done and not hear her Trump rally for 20 minutes. I also told her that many Democrats actually do believe in God and love the flag, so espousing those lies in the presence of customers—who likely are from both political stripes—was unfair. I also communicated to her that I didn’t appreciate her and the other employee not following health guidelines and wearing a mask to protect myself and other customers. I honestly don’t care what someone’s political background is, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to say such nasty things while spitting out COVID all over the place with customers who don’t really have a choice but to sit there and listen to her loud, obnoxious, rude mouth. Also, I reported this location to NMDOH for failure to comply with public health orders

Knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I definitely didn't have as much anxiety going here then I would have at the regular MVD!

This was my first time using them. Very fast and super helpful. I will use them again and again. This place rocks.

I expected a long line, but today only had to wait 10 minutes. The lady was professional yet friendly. I couldn't even get an email response from the state place after waiting weeks, but was in and out with what I needed quickly at ASAPMVD in Farmington. It was well worth the expense of paying a private company over the hassle of the state run business.
