I had Landmark replace my 21 year old furnace and AC. I found the experience to be very good. From the representative who came to qoute the project, to the office staff arranging the install and rebates, to the three person crew doing the install, everyone was friendly, informative, and professional. The install crew took extra care to leave the house cleaner than it was before.nnUsing my Costco discount, I got better equipment than other companies quoted at a better price. One huge bonus is Landmark's 5-year warranty on labor. That is better than the industry standard of 3-years. I hope I never need it, of course.nnI'm very happy with my decision to use Landmark and Lennox for our HVAC system.
We purchased a complete residential HVAC system through the Costco program with Landmark as the contractor. Landmark was very honest, upfront and accurate with their estimate and their representatives were friendly and on time for their appointments. The installation was very professional, timely and clean. They did a great job and I have no reservations about recommending them.
With lots of things going on I needed help; and the whole team at Landmark responded efficiently and professionally. It's a good team to work with, from sales thru install. Definitely my go-to choice for services.
The Landmark Team arrived right on time. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and what time they expected to complete the project. They were very courteous, professional, and a pleasure to have them do the work for us. They kept me in the loop while they were performing the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality job. 19 years ago we had them install a furnace and air conditioner, their work was great then, and nothing has changed.
Highly recommended. Called just looking for a part to fix my father-law's furnace and they ordered it for me the same day at half the cost that Action Heating and Cooling quoted me. Will definately call these guys next time I need any heating or cooling repairs
