I have been coming to see Dr. Obersky since 2012 and I am happy with my care each time I come. He has a great team of doctors that work here. They are all kind and are compassionate. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. I have also used Providence Pediatrics since 2012 as well and I just love Milagros Gonzales MD. She is kind, up to date with her medical knowledge, very receptive and overall just very good with my children. I do recommend them whether you speak English or Spanish, you are in good care. The building isn’t flashy on the outside (which I love) but they are clean, reliable and trustworthy. You cannot ask for more than those basics when seeking healthcare. They cover the basics and more even if it means referring you to someone else for more than what they offer. Thank you.

Been taking my kids here for years and its the best love the staff and doctors! They always make sure I know what's going on ! Its never a long waiting time to be seen I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else! Dr.Gonzalez rocks I would never trust my kids with anyone else!!!

worst place i have ever gone to take my three year old i just got a lecture and wasn't helped come on if u don't like your job then find another one but get out of here no one should ever feel like that. That's no way to behave people i just can't believe i went there i should of just given her the money because it was awful service worst people just go to john c Lincoln or other facility they are not worth the trouble

We have been coming here for years but today was a real disappoinment. What is the point of making an appointment when they are going to pass all the walk-ins before you? I am all for walk-ins but I am also all for respecting the time of those who make appointments. I had to wait nearly two hours, yes two hours, past our appointment for my sister to be seen. Why tell me to be here fifteen minutes early when they won't let us see the doctor for two hours? Did they just want to see my sister and I wait around while everyone who didn't make appointments see the doctor before us? If these people don't respect my time, might as well show up unannounced and get seen before all the unfortunate individuals who tried to be considerate and made an appointment beforehand.

I wouldn't even give them a star but since I have to they will get the lowest of the low! Because that's what the office is worth .My daughter was very sick and we went in for an appointment. I was upset because they tried to charge me a co pay of $60. I called my ins who stated I don't have a co pay and when I told that to the lady up front she stated it's a private dr office and they can charge a co pay if they wanted too.I told them what they are doing is fraud.They then told me since I was upset I needed to leave . A week later I got a letter they would no longer be treating my daughter as a Patient. Totally fine, since my new doctors office are not scammers and didn't charge a co pay. Do not go to them!they don't have the best interest of you. & if you're being charged a co pay, make sure you even have one! Please think twice before seeing them.There are many other pediatric offices in the area.
