Came here because of a stomach problem. Despite taking forever they attended me well but got no answer from what i had. They just decided to do the covid testing(Monday) and told me Wednesday i would get an answer came Wednesday and no answer so i called twice and the second time the lady was rude basically telling me to stop calling.Had to come in person to tell them that i need the results and they finally gave it to me. And a card to go some where else. Pathetic and waste of money and time

If I could give negative stars I would! This place is horrible, please find another doctor before going here. Very rude staff, front desk lady yells at patients. Do not recommend.

I have been coming to Providence General for about 20 years. I go to the office 1 or 2 times a month.i have only made appts 3 times the other times I walked in. Dr.Scicalo is a wonderful doctor. I have sent 7 people to him and they love him. He is very concerned about every person who come into the office.i know when your sick the time to wait seems longer and every little thing bothers you. So I'm sure some poor reviews were written from people who got annoyed. I've never waited an hour
