Excellent, Professional facility as well as knowledgeable, well experienced and educated therapist! Few people enjoy having to go to physical therapy. We are already in pain The last thing we want to do is exercise those areas that are causing us discomfort. But I found from the time I walked in the door and checked in with the receptionist and then was greeted by my therapist everyone was welcoming, professional, calming, and made me feel Not only safe but that I wanted to be there, and wanted to do the best I could at every appointment and all my homework in between appointments. I actually enjoyed going because my physical therapist encourage me and motivated me and showed me that with a little bit of work everyday I could progress and get to feeling better in a reasonable amount of time my husband. To me that's worth it! I would recommend this facility to anyone who has been prescribed physical therapy sessions.

I went here when I had a terribly stiff painful neck. I was seen for an evaluation that lasted about 30 minutes and was given by someone that seemed very inexperienced (not a Dr.). I was given a few exercises to do and was told to schedule appointments to come in about three times a week for physical therapy. I started doing the exercises at home and they helped so I called and cancelled the appointments. About a week later I get a bill for $386. I called and to confirm the amount. I called the Honor Health 800# and had them look into it too. How can you charge someone $386 for one short visit like I had?? Disgraceful!

I am happy with my physical therapist Emily DeMeulenaere! I have suffered with a pinched nerv but after only 3 weeks of physical therapy I am released. Thank you so much Emily. I am highly recommend your service.

This is the third time they canceled our appointment on the same day 20 minutes before appointment (08/08/19) and again on 08/19/19, and today (01/22/20) 4 hours before appointment. we have to travel, get an hotel room, just to see this Therapist Nikki Sinclair and they just call and cancel wasting our time, they don’t care, worst customer service, don’t waste your time and money with them
