Great bedside manners. She's engaging and shows genuine interest. Her nurse treats my mom wonderfully! Very happy with my choice!

Dr. Berdeja is knowledgeable, gentle, and she answers questions carefully, making sure that I understand. She is so very kind! The staff are pleasant and efficient: when I call to leave a question, they respond quickly.

Wonderful, thorough, pays attention to details. Has always been considerate to my mother's needs and has always worked with me as my mother's P.O.A. I truly feel for the person in the other review however She should understand that, by law, P.O.A.s stop the moment the person is deceased. There was nothing DrBerdeja or the staff could do at that point. As for my mother's care, I truly believe that my mother would not be here today had we not switched to Dr. Berdeja.

Very mixed emotions in writing this review. Took Mom to Dr Berdeja and loved her! Great bedside manner and took her time with Mom. However, Jeanine in the front office needs more compassion & additional training in understanding patient needs. Here's the problem; Mom passed away in Hospice. Within HOURS of her passing, Mom's MyChart Patient Portal was deactivated. My email is on file for MyChart. I am Mom's POA. It was a slap in the face for her chart to be deactivated so quickly. I was not done with her MyChart. Now, HonorHealth wants to make it extremely difficult for me to get her records. Was this the doing of Dr Berdeja or is it HonorHealth as an organization? Either way, if you want information from your loved one's MyChart, don't think it will still be available to you in the event of death. Update 5/13/19 Apparently Dr Berdeja is a geriatric physician. Even if your insurance assigns you to her, her office staff will not make appt if you are under age 70 (reverse age discrimination??) None of that info is listed anywhere on the internet. Now I'm assigned to her with my insurance but essentially I have no Dr and now have to start over with my insurance and finding a new Dr. Regardless of how much I liked Dr Berdeja, I am done with this HonorHealth office.
