I use to see Dr Williams, but he retired from that practice. He was an excellent Dr, and when he left Dr Knowles took his place. I decided to stay, and glad I did. He is very personal, and knows his stuff. They so busy at that clinic it’s sometimes hard to get an appointment there at Honor Health. I use urgent care with Honor Health if it’s needed really needed. I appreciate Dr Knowles very much. I recommend him.

We love Dr. Knowles but unfortunately have to find a new MD due to unable to get in when needed. Good God its unreasonable trying to see your doctor! Scheduling is done with receptionists with no personality and they could care less if you get seen or not. Trying to schedule a well visit 2 months out-- nothing available. It doesn't matter if you are sick and dying, in pain etc. They don't have an appointment available. And they don't care to make it work. Ever since Honor Health took over.. .this place has turned into a clinic with uncaring robot-like staff.

I've been coming to Dr. Knowles for about 2 years now. He is very personable and caring. He listens to what I'm saying and we work together on my care plan. I would highly recommend.

I love Dr Knowles, he is amazing. He makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. I also love that if he doesn't have an answer for you, he will direct you to a specialist who does. It would be 5 stars but it takes a long time to make an appointment and some days it just rings busy. Today it's rang busy for almost an hour. That is frustrating..
