I have had an ok experience with the dr but the ladies on the phone are completely rude. If you call and ask questions they talk down to you, speak rudely and hang up on you. I am updated my review on Dr. Poles. Although I still do not always get great customer service from the ladies at the front desk, Dr. Poles has gone above ny expectations, even calling me back on my day off. He has been working with me for a year, trying to help me with multiple symptoms. He has shown patience even when I am getting frustrated with all the processes. I do believe he cares about patients.
