Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. You don't have to take my word for it, look at the way Fishman responds to the other reviews from patients. Does that sound like a professional individual to you? That should be a huge red flag for you. More than anything I say, look at how he talks. And I assure you that is how he talks, that is not his staff writing that. Fishman is a strange character. He suggested at one point that if I took twice the dose of a medication that it would last twice as long. This is not how this medicine works. That would increase its potency but not its duration. His staff repeatedly did not send out requests for records, forcing me to ultimately have to call and get paperwork sent over myself. Having gone to another office since then, I was given a completely different diagnosis. Again you will notice both these issues appear in other reviews. Aside from Fishman's questionable medical ability his attitude is the real deal breaker. He is very rude and condescending. On my last visit as we were talking in his office he told me he "would be right back" and then left! I was greeted by his staff who informed me "he does that all the time". I have never seen anything like that. He did not even tell them what I was there for and they were confused and uncertain how to help me. I told the staff I would not be returning after this and Fishman sent me an angry email afterward insisting that he had done nothing wrong and among things that he "Answered my many questions" as if I had the audacity to ask questions in a consultation appointment. Won't be returning. I don't waste time or money on sad businesess like that. Look at his responses and ask yourself if that is how you want to be treated.

I had my initial visit with Dr Fishman yesterday and I am very happy with the quality of care I received there. His front office and back office staff are very personable and professional. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed genuinely happy to be helping their patients. Dr Fishman spent approximately 30 minutes with me going over my medical history, performing exam and going over his findings and plan of care. I left with a clear understanding my current medical situation. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received there.

It's been a rough few months for me. I'm very glad I found Dr. Fishman. He didn't dismiss me because I'm younger like most doctors do and truly listened that I'm having problems. Has been very accommodating on working with what I can afford and making a cystoscopy in office as comfortable as possible after my first one was very painful. Feel like we're slowly getting answers by eliminating what isn't a problem one at a time. Highly recommend. Very sweet man and his staff is also amazing. Can't thank enough for listening to me and not just writing me off. That's hard to find when you're younger but having symptoms that typically happen when you're older. Thank you again.

This offixe was great. The administrative staff up front was very helpful. Dr. Fishman has great bedside manner and is super informative. I highly recommend this office for urology needs.

I feel compelled to update my review based on the BS response from the DR office/ NEW REVIEW 1. No payments were made by my insurance because they didn't send anything to them. They didn't need my insurance to pay because they already took the money from me on my first visit! 2. They did NOT call Tricare. The people they told me they spoke to along with the reference numbers given was complete BS. Ask yourself this; why would Tricare MY insurance company tell these liars one thing and then tell me they never spoke? 3. One statement they state I didn't pay but then another line they say my credit card company took my money back. Organize your lies better. Helps you to sound more credible 4. See previous lie. No payments made BUT my credit card company took my money back, hmm, which is it? 5. When I was told I had to pre-pay I immediately stated I have insurance and that they would be paying. The second time I brought it up was over then phone. Third and Fourth times were via the emails between us. Four times I brought this up via 'proper channels', then I took action by reporting them to the correct authorities. 6. In conclusion, think twice before visiting these people. These public forums ARE the checks and balances to help the consumer make a proper choice. OLD REVIEW they practice balance billing, which is a statue in arizona that they are breaking. its against the law. they have been reported to the attorney general and arizona insurance agency. look up balance billing act that is the law they are breaking. they knew i had a 150 deductible with Tricare (military insurance - all branches) and charged me before performing anything which they are NOT allowed to do. after sitting on the table numb they told me they were moving me next door to the hospital. before they could do that Brenda Aguilar (receptionist / nurse assistant) stated i must pay a 600 dollar deposit first. this is an in network TriCare provider!!! According to Tricare, by law, they must file a claim with ALL insurance providers regardless if that provider needs to pay. No claim sent to tricare, another law broken. Do a little research, call an attorney, they will tell you the specific laws that lead credence to my claims about 'laws broken', i certainly did! Call the Attorney General and they will tell you too! FYI: i am a veteran, this place SERVICES veterans and this is how we are treated? Just WOW! beware or be informed!
