Farmers Insurance - Rita Manchester

Doesn't return phone calls. Hard to evaluate someone who doesn't return a call. My renter has renters insurance with you being cancelled for nonpayment, I called asking for verification with no response. I don't care so much that they are not insured but will not cover any loss they have. It also is stipulated in contract and can cancel their lease agreement.

Well let me tell you what it's been happening. First time I got my home insurance. I called Farmers insurance and told them, I was switching bank. I gave them the new bank info. Guess what they charge me again in my closed account. So I had to pay the amount they charged me and I had to pay for using my account after was closed. Ok so I cancelled with them, but my husband told me, you need to have insurance for the house. So I called again after two months, my insurance went from $72.00 to $108.00 in those 2 months, but ok it was the new price. Ok the other day I saw the canceled my home insurance again. I called this girl told me, the payment didn't go through in my house, but it went through my life insurance, how that happened, I ask the bank and her, no one can tell me. When I called the second time to get the insurance in my house again, this girl asked me for my bank account, I told her, you have it, get the info from my life insurance, she said she couldn't. I had to give her all the info again, so I guess something happened there. I talked with this girl for the third time, I need my home insurance and I have to pay the first time fee again and she lied to me. She said, "oh I got you a better deal, you pay like $103.00 after the first time fee a month instead of what you paid before, but you deductible would be a $1,000 instead of $500.00. I was like for 5 dlls a month I will pay $500.00 in deductible??? She said ,"oh no, no, no before you were paying $165.00 a month after your first time fee of $188.00. I was like, did I get a mobile home insurance for $165??? So I checked my bank account, it was $108.00. So this girl jump back and forth with prices and she manages the things her way. I wouldn't recommend this insurance. Before it used to be a wonderful place to go. I had insurance with Moses Malouf for about 16 years he was good, everything was straight with him, alawys.
