Great selection, my first time actually going In and looking at rings and what not.nTook a tad bit before an employee to get my attention. Yet that was due to COVID-19 and the way companies are limited with labor cost etc.

Knowledgeable staff. Patient service. Very good deals. Sufficient choice. Beautiful collections. I brought earrings and a rose gold chain with a diamond pendant as early Anniversary and Valentine’s Day gifts for me. They are well staffed. All are eager to help.Financing options are available interest free for 6 months and 12 months. This makes expensive jewelry affordable and easy to buy. The location of the store is convenient. Since 7 years I am a customer of Hollands and Rogers in different locations in Wisconsin. They have a 60 day return policy. We can trade in their jewelry for new designs when we feel like buying something new. They can customize jewelry and get it made for you too. You can chose the design, metal and stone. This option was also given to us. This takes a little time, if you want it immediately, you can choose from the collections they have.

Terrible customer service. I sent out a long strand of pearls that needed to be restrung and was quoted 6 weeks. 3 months went by and no one contacted me. Trying to get in touch with the store manager was a nightmare. She would say she would look into things and call me back and I would wait days trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and she tell me she forgot or give me some other excuse why she never contacted me. I paid over $250 to have this done. I asked to be compensated and have a percentage taken off what I owed for the experience. I was told no that's not how they do things. I instead was given a $50 coupon to use on my next purchase not combinable with sales, clearance, etc. I'm not going to use the coupon, especially when you end up paying more for an item when you use it instead of just getting it on sale. It's not what I was looking for and I'm really disappointed.

Had a terrible experience with Kay's, so we tried this place. I got a beautiful wedding ring for a little over 700 dollars (including the resizing and life time insurance.) I was so happy with my experience that my fiance decided to order from here too.nAgain, beautiful ring that was a bit over 400 bucks (again, with the resizing and life time insurance.) And both were shipped to the store before the date they say they would arrive! Mine even got there a week early!nI'll add a picture later if my phone will let me.

My Fiance and I had a great experience with Sandy she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Best experience we've had so far.
