I'm an essential worker and work more than I sleep so I don't have a lot of spare time. I have been coming to this Walgreens at 43rd and Glendale for over 20 years. I always take care of everything at home and have my medications pre-filled and ready. I have my payment options on file so it's set up for a fast and easy transaction, they don't even need to see my card. It always takes me at least a half an hour to get anyone to simply grab them for me off a shelf no matter how busy the place is. Even if I'm The only customer. The drive through is worse than walking in. If you have another option for a pharmacy I recommend using it. This location has declined in the last couple of years. They just stopped trying. Like the neighborhood and customers aren't worth the effort.

Clean store with VERY friendly employees! One of them, I think it was the manager, kept following me around asking if I needed a shopping cart or if I needed help finding something. After telling her no twice, she kept following me and appeared to be very eager to please, showing GREAT customer service!

racially profiled. Bernice the manager at the time. Explains to me to redeema coupon which advertise 5 dollars off (shea moisture products) the physical card must be available. I explain to her that it doesn't state that and that I have never had the physical card when making purchases only the Rewards number and it's NEVER been an issue. I input my REWARDS NUMBER and show her the ad through the FLIP app of the advertisement of the coupon. She still declines to honor the AD and states that the physical card must be present to redeem the the coupon. She gave the worst customer service and excuses as to why should could not honor the coupon. Walgreens will no longer receive my service thank you.

They took care of me with an emergency refill so I could travel and get on my way early the next morning. They answered the phone in a timely manner and stayed true to their word about filling my medication. It's an older smaller store, but they really helped me out of a jam. I needed to be 970 miles away in less than 18 hours. A Fry's or regular store was not going to cut it and when i have a 12 drive ahead of me I don't need to spend an hour in some dink___ town waiting on a script. I need to putting the miles behind me and get to my hotel.

I just walked out because the cashier rang my friend up, then just walked away from the line. We waited a good 5 minutes, she came back, then walked away again. I understand if you have other things to do, but if you keep people waiting, at least have the courtesy to give them an expectation of when you'll return.
