David at carpets Plus of Wisconsin was a delight to work with over the past couple of weeks. He listened to what we wanted in new flooring, gave us several options, and was able to get our flooring scheduled within our timeline. David went above and beyond several times, to ensure that every last detail was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend carpets plus to any of my friends who are looking to upgrade their flooring. Our new laminate flooring looks just like wood planks. It's beautiful, and we are very happy with the results!

We needed a quick turnaround time for carpet install, and Carpets Plus was able to help us determine options, schedule installation, and complete the project in short order. The install team was extremely helpful and friendly, and did a wonderful job getting a large job completed quickly and professionally. While I hope to not have any flooring needs again any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Carpets Plus for any future projects. The price, responsiveness, and helpfulness of the staff made a big project a lot easier to deal with.

Carpets Plus (E Washington) installed luxury vinyl tile in our 3-season room. From start-to-finish, the service and work quality was first-rate!nnJoshua provided great counsel on various options, and was extremely responsive answering email questions in the interim and throughout the process. Dillon was our installer; he and the team did an exceptional job working with some complex subflooring issues. The final outcome was gorgeous and looked flawless!nnI would also add that everyone we worked with was friendly, courteous and a pleasure to talk with. They made us feel like they valued our business. We will definitely return there for our next flooring project.nnHighly recommend to anyone.

Joshua was excellent, patient and professional through a couple of schedule changes. Excellent salesperson to work with throughout the process. Installation went great, carpet looks really nice. Installers were awesome too. Great experience all around.

The guys at Carpets Plus of Wisconsin just finished putting in about 1400 sq ft of luxury vinyl planks in my condo, and re-carpeting two flights of stairs. I couldn’t be more pleased. The place looks fantastic. I feel like I have a new home. And, they finished in 3 days. 3 DAYS! The work crew (Brad, Adam, and Keith) was friendly and incredibly helpful with all of my questions, even going above and beyond with some DIY advice, and bringing in a package in my absence. Kodiak, the salesman and coordinator, was great to work with. I would recommend the team at CP in heartbeat.
