My hair has always been know as difficult whether it was short or long. When I started going to Ell with my long hair she took the time to learn what I wanted and learn how my hair worked to give me the best cut. When I finally decided to chop my hair off, she was the only one I triated. She gave me the best advice on how to approach the big change and has continued to do so as I have gone shorter throughout the past years. Every little detail of every haircut is perfect. She makes the effort to remember how my hair behaves as she cuts it and how it will behave as it grows to make sure I always get the style I want. Highly recommend!!!
My mom and I both received cuts from somewhere else that we weren’t happy with and Ell was able to get us in right away and fix the problems we had so that we now love our haircuts. We will absolutely be back!
