Most of the time the service is very good. Can improve on the consistency.
I have always had great customer service with TMobile and this store is no different. We got set up with new phones a few weeks ago and it took a long time but that's just the way it is. The manager was helpful and took his time explaining everything to us. When my bill was higher than I expected the manager was again very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me get the issue solved. I always recommend TMobile because of their great service!

New management is definitely on top of there game! Place was organized ...customer service 100% ..Staff was extremely friendly which is rare these days ... And I got all what I asked for and then some...nUnless your asking for u realistic things ' complaining about unrealistic issues out of staffs control ..not sure why it would get a bad review....Its been a long time sense I left a mobil store and felt happy and not annoyed.... Kudos...
