After further conversation with The owner he was able to meet me at the downtown location and sell me a phone before they were even open during a snow storm. This is a second purchase I've made from them the best in town... Also pet friendly

Honestly the best electronic buy back store I have been to in a while! I dealt with Michael. Very intelligent and has a great grasp on the Phones he is buying. He laid out exactly why he quoted me the price he did. Couldn't have asked for a better price on my Iphone 7.

Sold my phone to Michael who was working at the kiosk at the time. He was super friendly and professional and made the experience a breeze. I could tell that he really cared about about the customer experience. Gave me a fair quote and explained why he gave me the quote that he did. If anyone needs some quick cash, I would go see Michael over at East Towne Mall. I will definitely be recommending tech bank to everyone that I know

Have been going to TechBank for years now when my family upgrades. Each time I leave feeling more impressed with the experience and the representatives that they have working for them. They're always very helpful, polite and honest.nnMy daughter wasn't sure if she wanted to sell her iPhone 7 Plus that she cracked or if she should get it repaired. Sunny the employee working today made multiple calls to local repair shops to find the best price for a screen replacement. We were beyond impressed by the customer service and integrity that TechBank's employees have.nnWe always send all of our family and friends here and will continue to do so. They have always gone above and beyond for my family and I. Very happy customer.
