Grand has the same (if not better) prices as the big box stores. But unlike the big box places, Grand has knowledgeable salespeople like Damon Lemke to answer your questions and expertly guide you towards the best appliance purchase that meets your needs and budget.nA big shout out to Damon for his patience with us and helping us (once again) put together the kitchen appliance package that provided the greatest bang for the buck!

I had a unique purchase question, Tammy (online customer service?) was beyond helpful and amazing. She made me feel like I was working with a small town retailer. Thank you so much for all your help and quick responses! I will definitely work through Grand appliance for my future purchases. And yes, as the google states, the actual location in Sun Prairie is LGBTQ friendly :)

We came to grand appliance to shop for a new washer and dryer. We worked with the Damon Lemke looking at possibilities. Damon knows his stuff, and was very patient and educated us on washers and dryers as well as the chemistry of laundry detergent and bleach and the like. Everyone in the shop was kind and courteous and patient. Over all it was a positive shopping experience. We will be shopping at grand appliance in the future for all of our appliance needs.

Bought a washer and dryer from Dennis, very pleasant transaction. See update below. My original review was five stars.nnUPDATE: I called Dennis two days before my appliances were to be delivered, he said, oops, my bad, they were still out of stock. Mind you, this was a month after I purchased them. He told me he did not know when they would be in stock. Maybe Friday, I asked if that were the case, would I get them that day. He told me they do not deliver to Portage on Fridays, I said I thought they should make an exception since they were at fault for not letting me know of the delay and I had been waiting month. His response? I'll refund your money. I did not, nor was I even thinking about asking for a refund; however, after it was obvious he did not value my business, I said yes.
