They have it all.....
Normally have a great experience with Best Buy locations and the products that they carry, so this is an outlier using this location but nonetheless we didn't have the best customer service.nnWe ordered a washer and dryer for delivery and hookup. The delivery and installation employees hooked everything up and tested it, no problem. They used our existing exhaust vent, but CHARGED us for a new one. We called customer service and they told us to bring in the new one that they didn't use, and they would refund us...which is hard to do, when they never took it off their truck. It look over 3 hours of phone calls to get the $30 part credited to our account.
Really wished they had some products like the new Apple stuff to review. I love the design but the differences are very minimal. But love the friendliness of the employees.
Still a great place to go for electronics but I hate that they don't have a large movie selection anymore
I recently purchased a Samsung Active 2 Smartwatch and had a few questions after setting it up. When I arrived at the store an associate introduced me to Brenden who sat with me & showed me how to add reminders & simplify access to features I use most often. I am so much happier with my purchase now - thank you!
