I recently moved to Madison, and place was recommended by several people. The intonation on my telecaster was a little off, and I just couldn't quite fix it myself, so I decided to bring my guitar in for a professional set-up. Am I happy I did! Not only did they do an absolutely fantastic job at a good price, they did it pretty quickly, too. On top of that, this place is guitar gear heaven. I've never seen so many vintage Fender Twins in one place. I also hear that they do a great job servicing tube amps, so I can't recommend this shop enough.
Huge selection of guitars, basses, and amps. Comparable to any name brand store. Good used selection too. Staff are helpful too.

I brought a vintage Epiphone amp in for repairs, and these guys did a great job getting my beloved amp input fixed. I never heard it sound so good. Special kudos to the amp repair guy. Plus they're friendly, helpful and the place is filled with amazing gear to try out.
Awesome local shop. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend.
