My daughter began taking lessons with Lana a year ago after her long-time piano teacher moved away. We could not be more thrilled with the transition. Lana is kind, funny, and supportive but also rigorous and focused. She has high expectations for her students that they feel motivated to meet. She provides great opportunities for them to perform for friends and family and to compete in organized events if they want to. Working with her has helped my daughter continue to grow significantly as a piano player in high school. Lana's own piano playing is miraculous, and she is so knowledgeable about music and theory. I don't think we could have found a better teacher for our daughter.

All I can say about Lana is she is a fantastic teacher!!! We wish we had known about her studio years back. She truly listens to what her students enjoy and personalizes their education, which makes them enjoy piano at a higher level. Her students are also fantastic, as I have listened to first hand. My son is an intermediate level, so it is difficult to find a teacher that can match those needs. Lana has a strong, extensive, and impressive music background and truly has a love of music.

Lana is a fantastic piano teacher! My daughter started taking lessons with her when she was only in kindergarten. She learned to read music at the same time she learned to read books! Lana has an amazing ability to explain concepts in a way the kids can understand. I took 10 years of lessons myself and I have learned from her just by observing my daughter’s lessons. Lana offers a variety of opportunities to perform, and I am continually impressed by how well prepared everyone is. She invests in her studio and her own music education so you get the best experience possible. I highly recommend her studio to everyone!
