I left an irreplaceable 1980s home-video tape in a VCR that we recycled, and a week later I had tried to find the tape. Realizing it was probably there, I contacted Cascade, and Tom replied quite quickly. He got in touch with the disassembly team and within a couple days they confirmed they had the tape! It was slightly damaged due to the disassembly process already having been started, but it's not destroyed.nnThank you for the quick, polite service, team. And thanks to Tom for being super oriented to serving me.
