I rarely leave reviews. The girl that waited on me last week was rude and pushy. My First time at Greenbush. She immediately was on me to pick out what I wanted. I politely said I may need a bit. First time here I told her. She slammed me with questions. How many do you want? Etc etc. I said 6? 6 what ?!! she said. I said I just need a couple minutes to look. No other customers were there. I felt pressured and ordered 6 of whatever. Ugh! On my way out....She started talking immediately with a coworker. I felt like I interrupted her day. She made me feel bad for even being there. So rude!! Donuts were delicious!!!! The best ever. Customer service. Terrible.

Strictly delicious donuts, with a vast collection to choose from. They likely have something for every kind of sweet tooth here. Prices aren't much higher than standard donut shops, and for much better quality and service. The gals at the front greeted us with what was probably smiles under masks, inflection in voice, and friendly gestures. They even threw in a few donuts for free since we were first time customers! Definitely worth a shot if you're considering this bakery - we will be back.

First time at this location. Place is very clean and, even in the late afternoon, plenty of selection and fresh fritters abound. Our server was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Great east side location, quick off the interstate if you need travelling fritters. Did we mention the fritters? Ample parking.

This is a STAPLE in Madison. Opening a location on the east side, although the actual location isn't great, is super ideal for alot of people since getting to regent street when I don't have to go downtown is a struggle. There is nothing better than an old fashioned donut from Greenbush. Their worth every calorie. This is the place I recommend for a quick sweet grab to anyone that visits Madison.
