Empty in under 1 hour. Looks like new pavement in parking lot, I had no trouble turning around.
Called this dock a couple of times. Needed more time for our driver to arrive. Even after being late several hours they were still willing to wait and take our driver today. Kudos!
They unloaded 7 paper rolls about 1.5 hrs. Acces to docks is not so bad but backing into dock betwen 2 trucks is „mission imposible”
Very nice company, friendly staff and quick to unload you! They also take the dunnage from the load! That's always a plus! The reason I didn't give it five stars is because it can be a tricky thing to back in if you haven't been here before kind of tight and you have to back in off the road.
