I'm a former military veteran.. Combat medal and called 911 yesterday around 2130 and the FD refused to call an ambulance for me. they took my doctor's paperwork since I had seen her just 6 hours prior saying if my condition worsen to call 911. I was calm when they refused to call am ambulance... they said I had to find my own ride..I didn't have one that's why I called 911. I asked for their superior he said the Captain was here. the Captain refused to help me
The mobile home across from me caught on fire. Station 18 engine and station 20 ladder truck showed up fast. They put the fire out and stayed to make sure everyone was good and all ambers were out.They were nice and helpful. Thank you guys for saving my home.
So im a cardiac patient thats been having quite a bit of heart angina and high blood pressure issues and the past 2 times i have called them the main guy in the group had himself and the other fireman stand on the opposet side of my lawn and say I looked fine and they don't need to check my vitals because of the Coroma virus and they could tell just by looking at me from acroos my lawn that i was ok. It didn't matter how much i stressed that i was scared and definitely not feeling ok but they refused even to check my oxegen and heart rate. Im so sick of this because they have made it to wear im. Feel like there's no point in calling unless im on the ground not breathing. Does anyone know how i can report this paramedic?

If I could i would get the name of the Mr. who should resign from being a fireman. He is un-professional and have no class. I was in Christown Super Target and slip and slide on floor where an employee did not want to clean.
I Sprained my ankle and hurt my knee. When the fire department came the other men were really respectful, but the other one was a real dick. He said maybe I should have been watching where I was walking. I was like no the employees should be keeping the floor clean. I think this department needs to stress the fact that, if you do not like your job, do not do it for the money. Do it for the love of the community.
