We hired Carl’s Cakes for our wedding and it was delicious!! We had 3 layers with different flavors and every one of them was amazing. Super easy to work with as well!

We love Carl’s Cakes, and have been customers for over 15 years. They made our wedding cake in 2010, and everyone loved it. Even though we live 30 minutes away we continue to buy his cakes whenever we need one. What really sets them apart from other cake makers is their frosting. It’s a light and fluffy buttercream that has a rich buttery flavor that is refreshing compared to the super sweet frostings that grocery stores typically use. They also have delicious fruit fillings they can and do add to most cakes. They have pre-made cakes you can pick up on short notice, or you can order sheet cakes or custom wedding cakes. They have always been able to accommodate any need for us.

Today we celebrated my daughter's 32nd birthday. She reminded me that we have had a Carl's cake almost every year since she was16. And today's cake reminded us of why that is. Even though we don't live in Madison any more, we still make it a point to get a Carl's cake for all of our birthdays. Thank you for your wonderful cakes(and pies, etc). We all truly enjoy them!

We had cake and pie from Carl's Cakes catered at our wedding reception this past weekend. Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious the desserts were! Kayla was great to work with! If you need a wedding cake or desserts, you will not be disappointed.

We bought a chocolate raspberry cake made by Carl’s from Metcalfe’s the other day for my birthday. It was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had.
