The clinic used to be very good. Recently we have had numerous days where we need to call to make appointments. The problem is, is when we call they never answer, we leave voicemails requesting a call back since we only use the doctors office when its needed. We never have our phone calls returned. Its a joke, instead you're better off going to Urgent Care or the ER before expecting the receptionist to do her job. It cost more, but its a lot more reliable than this clinic. The nurses and doctors are very good and easy to work with, but if you could use them in a different location i would recommend it!
