Awful, awful, awful...zero customer service, either no response or when they finally did it was a one line responses to emails and then NO follow-up, even after numerous requests. My Houzz order was subcontracted to Silverado so buyer beware. No toll free number either! I'm sorry to post a negative review but after a month of trying to find out about my order and dealing with two people I still have no idea if my order has been sent! All around just a bad experience.
