I had a few computer issues at home, as well as a problem configuring some Internet data provision and Brian solved it quickly and professionally. I recommend TBC because they take your needs seriously and lay out future considerations so you can plan sensibly and cost effectively.
My computer decided to catch a virus on a Friday morning. I called the company where I purchased the computer and was told they wouldn't be able to schedule an appointment for the next few days. A friend recommended Brian and TBC Consulting. He was in my office within 2 hours, had my computer working for the rest of the day, took it to his shop over the weekend and had it running good as new for Monday morning. He also made suggestions for backup systems and some future upgrades so I could be more prepared if this happens again. Great Service and reasonably priced. TBC Consulting is my new IT company. Brian helped a friend of mine assess the wiring in a building they moved their business to. He looked at everything that was in place, kept what could be used, and rewired anything that needed to be updated for proper internet, telecommunications, and credit card processing. Great service and a great person to do work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
My ~7 year old Sony VAIO laptop was freezing at boot up. I described the problem over the phone to Brian, and he took only one business day to fix the problem (disabling bloatware and one of the two competing anti-viruses I inadvertently had running). He was prompt, courteous, and very professional, and the cost was very reasonable. I think I will take our Android tablet to him for diagnosis as well. Thanks, Brian!
